If there’s one product that I just adore it has to be eyeliner, and coloured eyeliners are no exception. I’ve been on the hunt for a nice blue eyeliner for a while now. The Barry M Kohl in Kingfisher creased terribly, and the NYC blue eyeliner was terrible to sharpen and kept breaking, but the GOSH Velvet Touch Eyeliner in Sky High has really won me over. Here’s why.
This eyeliner is much bigger than a standard eyeliner which I think is just amazing. You are presented with a pencil eyeliner however the end is very creamy like a shadow stick (but no so creamy that it will crease or slip) this is the same width as a normal eyeliner so you shouldn’t have a problem sharpening it. This is priced at £5.00 and you can get these from Superdrug. I have the shade Sky High.
Here is a swatch of the product, it does just glide onto the skin and is lovely and creamy. This can be used on the waterline, tightline and lash line and it doesn’t tug which I really like. The colour payoff is amazing, you don’t need to keep applying this just one stroke leaves you with this bold colour.
In terms of longevity this eyeliner literally stays on all day which I just love, it doesn’t crease, it doesn’t slip or slide it just stays put until I take it off. I can’t say if these are a dupe for the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Liners because I haven’t tried them but at the very least I can say that these are a good alternative.
Here’s what it looks like on my eyes and I haven’t bothered using an eye primer. I really like this eyeliner and will definitely be checking out some other colours. They have a really nice forest green which I think will be gorgeous for autumn/fall.
Overall I really like these eyeliners, you can pick them up in Superdrug for £5.00 or you can view them and search for them at a store near you by clicking here.
I hope that you enjoyed this post and if you did please hit the like button and let me know in the comments if you have tried any of these eyeliners.
