My Spring Wishlist

Hey everyone, so today I’m going to be sharing with you my spring wishlist. Some of these items you may have seen other people talking about and some you may not have heard of but these are the items I’m hankering after at the moment to perfect my spring looks. If (unlike me) you’re not skint and want to buy these items yourself fear not as I’ll be including the links to where you can purchase them.
Here’s my current wishlist for spring.

louey wish list
(Sorry if the photo seems a bit small but don’t worry I will be explaining and talking about each item anyway. Please note that I do not own these images)

1) Dot Perfume by Marc Jacobs £38.50 (30ml) at Boots
I know that a lot of people think that Daisy by Marc Jacobs is the perfect spring perfume but if I’m honest I smelt it and really wasn’t a fan, Dot however is a completely different story. My sister was talking about it today and I smelt a tester in Boots and it is truly stunning, it contains all of my favourite things from vanilla, to red berries, to blossom and the packaging is absolutely adorable, so I definitely want this perfume! You can buy it here.

2) Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Shameless £7.99 at Boots
I know, I know, the trend for spring is orange lips, but I have pale skin with yellow undertones so orange looks hideous on me, I really do have a passion for berry lips though and this colour and formula just looks too good to miss so I’d definitely like to purchase it. You can buy it here.

3) James Brown London Photo Fabulous Wave Spray £7.19 at Boots
If there’s one hairstyle I love for spring and summer it has to be the tousled curls look and thankfully my hair is naturally on the wavy side, still I really want to try this product as I think it will help define my curls to create sexy, textured waves and let’s face it who doesn’t want those? You can buy this product here.

4) Essie Nail Polish in Mint Candy Apple £7.99 at Boots
I’ve been loving the Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paints for spring, but I still haven’t yet tried and Essie nail polish and this colour is absolutely stunning for spring. Hopefully I can get over the price and buy one soon because it looks as yummy as it’s namesake! You can grab it here.

5) Seventeen Instant Glow Shimmer Brick in Pink Bronze £4.99 at Boots
Having pale skin has always led me to shy away from bronzers, but with spring being here I really want to find a nice bronzer that’s not too dark for me to use when contouring and then I stumbled across this. I love the range of shades and the fact that they’re not too dark and have a lovely shimmer to make the skin look radiant and will hopefully have my hands on this soon. You can buy it here.

6) Boots Botanics All Bright Cleansing Foam Wash £2.66 (currently) at Boots
This isn’t one of those products that is super expensive but I always end up buying lots of make-up and forgetting to pick this up and I really would like a face wash that helps brighten the skin as mine can lack lustre at times, and everyone wants a healthy glow for spring. You can get yours here.

7) Sleek Ultramatte Brights V1 I-divine palette £7.99 at Superdrug
I absolutely love the look of this palette and the wide range of bright colours is perfect for creating bold looks for both spring and summer. I love how there is some pastel shades in there as well as some of the bright shades, and I would be interested in blending these together to create new looks. You can buy it here.

8) Real Techniques Retractable Lip Brush £7.99 at Boots
I’ve been trying a lot of different lip products and certain colours always bleed so I’m really wanting a decent lip brush so I can apply my lip colour more precisely. The Real Techniques brush is retractable and has a tapered tip which is perfect for getting into the cupids bow and defining the lips. You can purchase this here.

9) Sleek Rose Gold Blush £4.49 at Superdrug
I do love my MUA blusher but it is very pink and I’m on the hunt for a more natural looking one especially for days where I’m rocking a neutral look, this blush looks absolutely stunning and I’ve heard excellent things about it. You can buy it here.

10) Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation in Ivory £8.99 at Boots
I fell in love with the Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation and today I tried the Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation on my hand and absolutely fell in love all over again. It’s really brightening and has an anti fatigue effect which is definitely useful as I suffer from a lack of sleep most nights. I love the formula of Rimmel London’s foundations and it has a shade pale enough for me. You can get yours here.
